Information on this site is general and does not constitute a confirmed quotation, scope of work, availability promise or warranty. Scope, timing and pricing are confirmed with you before work begins.

Quotes and bookings

Quotes are valid as stated when issued. Appointments are confirmed once both sides agree on scope and timing. For urgent electrical faults, call first — availability depends on the situation and current schedule.

Payments and warranty

Payment terms are agreed before work starts. Completed work is covered for 30 days against faults in our workmanship; this does not cover unrelated faults, misuse, or third-party equipment failures.

Liability and governing law

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the service provided. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
